Who we are

DSC02243.jpg

Kentucky Fresh Harvest, LLC is the Lincoln County “project company” owned by our parent company, Green Ag Technologies, and private investors from the area. Haim Oz, a 3rd generation Israeli farmer with decades of experience as the Founder and CEO of Oz Agribusiness Projects and Investments, LTD, is a major partner in and CEO of Green Ag Technologies. Mr. Oz has been appointed as the CEO of Kentucky Fresh Harvest, LLC and his global agribusiness company, OAPI, has been appointed as the exclusive manager and operator of the construction phase as well as the operation of the facility going forward. The Chief Operating Officer of Green Ag Technologies, Curt Meltzer, has also been appointed COO of Kentucky Fresh Harvest, LLC.

Our private investors, who wish to remain anonymous at this time, are long-time residents of - and active members in - the Stanford/ Lincoln County community. These investors care deeply about their community and its future. After over a year spent searching for the right site, conducting feasibility studies on the area, and more we are now ready to bring a new, sustainable industry and numerous jobs to Kentucky - a vision shared by our investors and the founding partners at our parent company, Green Ag Technologies. We hope that Kentucky Fresh Harvest can serve as a model for future investment in working communities all across the state.

With OAPI’s technological prowess and decades of agricultural experience on our side, once construction is complete Kentucky Fresh Harvest will be in operation year round - annually producing between 3 and 4 million pounds of cherry tomatoes for sale on the national wholesale market.

With the full support of Stanford and Lincoln County's officials, State support in the form tax incentives, and additional funding provided by CoBank and Farm Midland Credit Union, Kentucky Fresh Harvest is ready to bring Kentucky into the next generation of agriculture.
