Joe was the first employee hired for the KFH construction team over four years ago and has since grown into the role of Construction Supervisor. His journey is a testament to hard work, adaptability, and leadership, taking on more responsibilities as he consistently proves his capabilities.

Joe’s accountability, reliability, initiative, and leadership have made him an indispensable part of KFH. His dedication was especially evident last month, when a harsh winter storm caused maintenance issues in the greenhouse. Joe stayed overtime to assist the Facility and Boiler Manager, ensuring operations remained on track.
